12 октября 2007г. на харьковском градостроительном совете, после горячих дискуссий, проект реконструкции центрального универмага был принят к дальнейшей разработке. cтоит заметить, что не каждый раз на градосовете происходит столь бурное обсуждение, что свидетельствует о большой важности и знаковости этого проекта.
on 12 october 2007, after a heated dispute, the kharkov urban development council adopted the project of reconstructing the central department store for further detalization. it should be noted that the council is rarely engaged in such animated discussions, which testifies to the importance of this hallmark project.

“patiology” was the name of the exhibition and conference devoted to the peculiarities of houses with patio. the exhibition was held in kharkov academy of design in january 2007 and it was also brought to kiev, odessa and dnepropetrovsk.
